This is a thank you for your help. I called your number and spoke to the technician on call. I described my problem (garage door would open, but would not close automatically without holding button down). Over the phone he walked me through the process on how to adjust the sensor so that it would work and stayed with me until I tried it out a couple of times to make sure it worked properly. It worked just like new and hasn’t given me a problem since. He could easily have sent a technician out and charged me for a service call and repairs. The technician, Mike, was out to the house promptly this morning. He walked me through the issues with our manual garage door and gave me an array of options to choose from to help repair the door and keep it in good running form.
